Verizon should should create a USB device that would route your cell phone calls across the internet back to Verizon. In other words this would be a virtual cell tower offering you perfect signal from your laptop anywhere you have an internet connection. This would fix

    This would be a USB device that has a cell antenna and acts like a mini cell tower. They can add a locator service like gotomypc uses to find your laptop and route incoming calls to you as well.
